Lastly is the alternative for the fruit fast. The Juice fast is the intake of only juices to ensure weight loss. This kind of “meal” will only consist of juices made from fresh fruits. You might want to upgrade your juicer or buy a quality made product.

These types of weight loss meals will ensure weight loss. If you are not comfortable in sticking to just one type, you can combine these. People often call this type of fast a full fast where you limit yourself to just fruits and nothing else.

Aside from the previously mentioned type of fasting, you can try to have something more emphatic to weight loss. The complete water fast will surely give your body the cleansing it needs and the loss of weight that you always wanted. However, since you’ll be limiting yourself to just water, make sure to do this under the care or prescription of a trained doctor or dietician.
