Do not cut calories drastically - Calories are your bodies energy and its crucial for the proper functioning of your metabolism. What you can do is limit the amount of calories you consume each day. Just try to stay away from corn syrup, sugar, oils and flour.

Keep junk foods out of sight - When you have a piece of cake in the fridge or chips laying in your kitchen counter, its hard to ignore. Once you see it,  all you do is think of eating it threw out the day, That’s why its important to not buy these kinds of foods in the first place, that way you don’t have to struggle with the dam temptation.

Do not drink your calories - Surgery drinks are just plain bad for your diet. They contain so much sugar and calories that it can add pounds to your body in a couple of days. When eating something, try to always drink water. You will save hundreds of calories each day by doing so.

Make fitness a priority - If you do exercise only when you have time then chances are that it will not happen very often. You need to make fitness your number one priority. If you need to alter your schedule the do so, because if you don’t do exercise you won’t see the results your are expecting, therefore cousing desapointment. Plus, exercise is fun and releases stress.
