Who ever thought people were going to associate video games and weight loss, but a Wii fan-boy has done an experiment which resulted in some tremendous weight loss by playing Wii Sports.
The guy ‘which i don’t know the name’ began a diet that consisted in playing Wii sports for 30 minutes every day for 6 weeks and the results were pretty cool. He lost almost 10 ponds and 2% body fat. Who ever thought a video game console could do this.
I have to mention that when he played Wii sports, the guy was playing very aggressively.
The reason why he managed to lose all those pounds with the Wii is because this console has a new game control that requires movement to be able to play any game.
You can simulate the physical action of tennis for example and the video game emulates your action on your TV. I have played the Wii myself and its very fun, even for adults like us.
The gamer makes these conclusions.
A.) You get back whatever you put into something.
b.) Wii games can and are a great way to have exercise and not even know you are burning extra calories.
