People become fat because their bodies store energy, and because they have diets which are rich in carbohydrates. When it takes energy from carbohydrates, the fat will be stored, and as more fat is stored, you will gain weight. There is nothing wrong with eating diets rich in fat, but you must eat only when you’re truly hungry, and by reducing your carbohydrate intake, that fat will be burned.
