exercise routine. Whats the best exercise out there to burn fat? Well, any exercise that gets your heart rate elevated. If you are interested in losing weight, then you need some type of exercise which will increase your pulse rate enough to burn your body fat more efficiently.

You see, if your heart rate increases enough while doing exercise, your bodies metabolism well increase tremendously, causing you to burn of calories. Your body burns more calories because it needs energy.

When you lose weight, not only are you going to look much better, but by losing, lets say 10% of yours body weight, you can reduce many types of diseases like, diabetes, high cholesterol, heart attack, and your self esteem will sky rocket.

One of the important things you need to take serious is your commitment. If deep inside of you, you really want to lose some extra weight, then you have to commit to do a good cardio at least 3 o 4 times a week. I know this is hard, i have been there, but trust me, all your hard work will eventually pay of in the long run. Your exercise sessions should be between 35 minutes to 1 hour. If you can do a little more then great.
If you commit to do 30 days of regular exercise, you will find that at the end of that month you will have more energy, be in a better mood and you will probably have lost a few pounds. Commitment is one of the keys to success.
