To make this simple crepe you will need one large egg, one teaspoon of oil, one tablespoon cream, 1/4 teaspoon of sugar substitute, and 1/8 teaspoon of vanilla. Pour all ingredients into a frying pan and stir together. Cook on medium heat until it looks cooked, then carefully flip over and cook the other side for a few seconds. Now add your favorite filling such as cheese and melt.
There are plenty of low carb ingredients for low carb recipes including low carb bread crumbs, pasta, and sauces. If you are getting bored of the low carb recipes you have you can check out one of the many books, web sites, and other resources which have many daily or weekly menus to choose from.
If you aren’t one to cook for your self then you can always visit a local restaurant which serves low carb choices on their menus. You can also check out your local grocer for low carb meals that are ready to be heated up and is usually in nice one serving sizes.
