Scientist Discovered the Fastest Way To Burn Fat

Stationary Bike. Exciting new research has discovered something that I’m sure you are going to like. They have found a 21 minute exercise technique that results in almost four times as much fat loss as a 40 minute session on a stationary bike.So what is it?

Its a form of interval training that consist of an 8 second sprint on a stationary bike followed by a 12 second modest cycle.

“Walking for 60 minutes, seven times a week does not result in much fat loss, usually 1.15kg over 15 weeks – for a lot of overweight people this is going to be a revolution,” he said.(from news.com.au)

The scientists which did this study have gone as far as to say that this technique will “spot reduce” fat in the buttock and thigh area.Most interval training involves intervals of 30 seconds or more.

The scientist behind the new research (Professor Boutcher) believes it may be a “revolution discovery” for a lot of obese people.
