How many of you know Rush Limbaugh? Well, for those who don’t know him, he has one of the most popular radio shows with over 20 million listeners weekly. This guy attracts a lot of people, I wish I had so many people looking at my blog, oh well, one day ill be there.

Anyways, one of the most recent news that Rush Limbaugh has given is that he has lost 30 pounds in 40 days. Yeap, pretty amazing stuff I must say. You might be asking yourself what the heck has he been doing. Well, I’m not sure, but from what people have said online, he might be doing one of does strict low carb diets like Atkins combined with a personal trainer and some type of dietary supplement.

Losing so much weight in a short period of time is not healthy at all, and you risk gaining the wight back fast. Also, you can develop ugly stretch marks and loose skin. But, that’s just for some people.
