Review - The Atkins Diet

The atkins diet.If you haven’t been under a rock for a few years, then you must of heard of the famous “if not the most famous diet of all time”, the Atkins Diet.

The main theory behind this diet is that by eating high protein meals like, fish, eggs, red meat, etc, you are going to end up burning more fat. Of course, carbohydrates are restricted, so you can’t eat bread, potatoes, rice, and so on, you get the idea.

This diet is very controversial because it is something that contradicts with what health experts want you to eat. The Atkins diet tells you to eat only non carbohydrate meals, while the heath experts tell you to eat all kinds of food, but in low portions.

My opinion is that the Atkins Diet just works.

It might not be the healthiest diet “which diet is totally healthy? Yeah none,” so while its not the health experts favorite diet, i think is one of the best weight loss diets of all time. I tried this diet for 4 months and lost 37 pounds and yes, i have kept it of.

For those who are going to try it, please be warned that the first days are going to be hard, but when those days are over, you will get used to it. And when you look at yourself in the mirror in some weeks or months, the only words that are going to come out of your month is “Hell yeah Atkins!”, you are going to see amazing results trust me.

My overall rating for this diet is 5 stars hands down.
