Before i give you some advice on how to lose belly fat, i’m going to tell you some ways to prevent all this from happening.
Prevent Abdominal Fat.
It has been shown that abdominal fat can develop as a result of stress. Its normal to have some stress threw out the day because of traffic, bad day at work, debt, etc, but the trick here is to control it. One tip I always give people to reduce the stress is to make funny faces. I know it sounds pretty weird, but this can reduce stress up to 65%, so its pretty good. Just try not to do this in public, people could think you are nuts.
If you are in a ideal weight, then that doesn’t give you privileges to not do exercise. The greatest way to prevent belly fat is to always do some kind of exercise at least 3 times a week, even if your fit. Remember this is to prevent , not loose fat, so you can take it easy on the exercise routine’s.
How to loose belly fat?
Reducing belly fat is not a easy task, so you need to have some patience, but it well pay of at the end. The best option there is to lowering that abdominal fat is to do a high protein low carbohydrate diet, combined with good aerobic exercises “to burn all those extra calories”, and some stomach toning. If you follow the diet and do regular exercise, the belly fat is going to fall right out. Many people do this, but they fail because they don’t have the patience, and since they don’t see any results the first week they just quite. So, what I’m trying to say is that one of the most important elements in cutting down belly fat is to have patience with your results, that’s all i ask.
