Muscles growing and shrinking will affect weight loss

Volleyball is one of the classic example of cardiovascular training though is not enough to meet the standards of achieving total fitness. To be able to perform this vigorous sport we need to have a muscular conditioning for muscular endurance. Endurance as what they say is the ability of one’s body to maintain a high quality of work in the face of fatigue. Just like the skeletal muscles which often times are misuse and disuse since there are lot of activities that could result to this. Aerobic exercise for example can result to muscle enlargement while weight training can basically cause full muscles growth.

The shrinking and growing of our muscles can essentially help us in our quest to lose those unwanted fats since it depends on the distribution of nutrients from all parts of the body. These muscles either jungles or breakdown depending on the nutritional status. For example, muscles growth always start with exercise since it is needed to makes the muscles work and use its energy and by doing so, the body needs to replenish the muscles with fuel like protein and other nutrients. And it is during the recovery phase or rest that these muscles grow as they repair the microscopic damage caused by exercise. Due to muscle growth the body increases it strength and it can eventually lead to losing weight.

The breakdown of muscles on the other hand happens during the time when your body is at rest and it occurs in between meals. We have to remember that without protein our body won’t be able to build new muscles since it provides the much needed amino acids to build and repair muscles. That’s why according to experts, high quality protein, which the body breaks down into amino acids should be the center point of all our meals. There are many studies shows that the shrinking and growing of muscles just like an intense exercise makes the body to demand for more amino acids. Amino acids at the same time supports muscle repair and growth.

The secrets of weight loss are proper protein intake and disposition. We all know that protein is essential to our body and if eaten properly, it can be the best ally in losing weight. A study shows that dieters who uses protein diet can burn more fats compare to those who are eating a low protein diet. Since proper protein disposition can dramatically increase the body metabolism and with high metabolism can eventually lead to lose fats as quickly as possible.
