The good news is that there are foods that you can eat heartily. No need to go on a hunger rampage all the time. Corn, rice, carrots, broccoli, potatoes, bananas, apples, and grapefruit are some of the veggies and fruits you can use to help yourself generously.  Some of these foods are so helpful that you can even use their shakes as an alternative for a full meal during the day.
