
There was a rumor saying that if you eat slow, you can actually lose weight. Now, its been proven that the rumor is a fact. A new research study provides the first ever scientific proof that if you consume food slowly, you well end up eating less. It even says that you will enjoy the meal a lot more.
The study found that when women took there time eating there meal, they consumed about 80 fewer calories compared to when they were told to eat as fast as possible. They study concluded that by eating slowly, you can reduce your calorie intake by 200 and 230 per day.
They only down side to this study is that, they did not do it with men, so nobody knows if men are going to have the same results. The problem is that when you eat fast, you don’t realize your full, but when you eat slowly, you brain has the time to realize that you don’t need any more food.
I think this is very interesting, I’m going to try this out, how easy could it get, just eat a little slower then usual.
