Some take weight loss pills just to ensure or quicken their metabolism to make their body lose weight faster rather than the normal way. However, there are side effects, and these pills will affect your heart and blood pressure, make you irritable, restless and unable to sleep at times. Abusive use of this will result in a heart attack or even death. To avoid these while taking weight loss pills, a proper diet and exercise should be observed. A healthy body can always take whatever effects any medicine would do.
