<p>The part in which it is found commonly is liver, intestine, heart and even muscles. Cholesterol is a major threat when it is found in the heart because it creates blocks in the heart eventually leading to heart attacks.  Many doctors say that people who eat meat are at a higher risk of cholesterol related problems than people who do not eat meat. </p>
<p><strong>Food sources for cholesterol</strong></p>
<p>Cholesterol is found in many foods like eggs, meat, dairy products and poultry products. However egg yolks and red meat are known to contain highest amount of cholesterol. People who have cholesterol in their blood should avoid eating red meat and egg yolks especially. </p>
<p>It ahs become a world wide trend nowadays that many people are becoming vegetarians and are turning to vegetarianism to keep healthy. This trendy has followed after the increased awareness among people about cholesterol and its ill side effects.  </p>
<p>Heart diseases kill more than 40% of people all over the world. People do not die of natural causes anymore and cholesterol is the number one when it comes to taking lives. Not removing carbohydrate foods from your home: It does you know good to go on a low carb diet is you still have a refridgerator full of cookies, cakes, donuts, pastas, and other foods which are restricted under the diet. <p>Mostly found in men, love handles are excess fat that are stored in the lower part of the stomach. These love handles are evidence of stored fat in their body. Usually the love handle that we see in our body goes together with the beer belly. When you see this in your body, itâ€™s time to hit the gym and go on a diet really fast.</p>
<p>There are many ways to get rid of the fat found in our stomach. The basic and probably the most common are aerobic exercises. These types of exercises are usually done in a consistent and regular manner that the body is slowly but effectively burning fat and excessive calories in our body. A simple aerobic exercise that you can do anywhere without even the help of the gym is walking and jogging. Therefore in any activity that we do, thereâ€™s a chance that we are actually burning calories.</p>
<p>Here are some of the activities that you do and the number of calories that youâ€™re burning while doing that.</p>
<p>1.Â Â Â  Watching TV â€“ it could also be reading a book, playing chess or just about anything that have to sit down and think. The key here is thinking. Sitting there doing nothing or sleeping doesnâ€™t burn any calories in our body. However, when we sit there stimulating our brain, we burn one to two calories per minute. Donâ€™t think thatâ€™s already sufficient since the body naturally burn out that much of a calories and the calorie that we take in every day could amount to thousands if were not looking after our body.<br />
2.Â Â Â  Household Chores â€“ thatâ€™s something that you can do to make your mom proud of you and at the same time, burn calories. Cleaning the house or the backyard will definitely burn calories for about two to three calories a day. It may not be sufficient but you can bet you just made someone happy by cleaning.</p>
<p>3.Â Â Â  Walking â€“ Thatâ€™s something everyone can do if they want to lose weight. In fact, itâ€™s even recommended for anyone who wants to lose weight to start off their exercises with simple walking. By walking, you are commanding to lose the fats in your body up to 55% a really simple exercise could give you wonders. But donâ€™t content yourself with walking, do yourself some better exercises by moving on to jogging or even running. But you can still stick to your walking and get the results you want in due time.</p>
<p>4.Â Â Â  Anaerobic Exercises â€“ Weight lifting or sprinting are some of the exercises in this category. Even though you can do it, itâ€™s not really recommended as a weight loss technique. You need to do aerobic exercises like the previously mentioned. When you reach the level of having the ideal weight, you can go to the anaerobic exercise to maintain your body without giving too much time in jogging or walking.</p>
<p>In anything that we do there are calories that will be burned however, itâ€™s really important that you have to move more to get the calories of your bodies faster.</p>

Event though there are hundred of pills out there that tell us that they can take off the fat in our body in no time, it canâ€™t guarantee the same effect that it will give compared to exercise. With patience and proper guidance, exercise can do wonders to our body. It doesnâ€™t even have any side effect wherein the body will suffer greater side effects and will even be fatal if unchecked in weight loss pills.</p>
<p>Whatever the exercise is, it only comes down to two forms: aerobic and anaerobic exercise.Â  This definition comes from the idea that each exercise requires or will not require any air to complete the work. For example, a typical jogging activity will require you to breath to get more energy. Since youâ€™re breathing, that meanâ€™s the exercise is aerobic. On the other hand, weight lifting doesnâ€™t require any breathing at all. All you have to do is just sit there and lift something. Since no air is required, that means the exercise is anaerobic. For aerobic exercise, the benefit is that it will easily burn off calories as the energy required for these exercise is calories. More calories burned means more fats shed. On the other hand, anaerobic exercise doesnâ€™t get any air off in our body necessarily but it will get carbohydrates off our body and ultimately it will get the fats out in no time.</p>
<p>Itâ€™s safe to say that the fats can get out of our body faster if we do aerobic exercises continuously. The direct effect of our body for shedding fat makes it even appealing to most. Even walking could be an aerobic exercise and with a proper diet could get the fat off our body in no time. But anaerobic exercise could even give you longer effect for weight loss. Anaerobic exercises are usually weights and for the development of muscles. Muscles arenâ€™t just there to make you look good. You body increases the need for calories as you build a muscles. More muscles mean more calories and that means your body will even become leaner as you will need more than a simple amount of calorie to make the muscles working and you donâ€™t even have to move. Anaerobic may be indirectly consuming the calories at first, but once you have the muscles, youâ€™ll get the fat off fast.</p>
