Cardio Free Diet

cardio free diet. The well known fitness trainer Jim Karas has written a book on saying that cadio is basically a waste of your time. On his book he mentions a way you can do a superb diet without actually doing any type of cardio work. Jim stated in his Diet book that cardio kills your energy, time and motivation.

I know some of you may not agree with him, but at least he is saying something that contradicts what millions of people are mentioning in heath articles. In my opinion, he is saying some truth, but to say that cardio is a waste of your time is ridiculous.

And to tell you the truth, I think he is saying cardio is crap to call attention, its a brilliant marketing plan. I can guarantee that he is going to sell many books by saying this.

Essentially - Karas figured out that he lost weight by practising resistance and strength training with minimal cardio. This is old news. However to say that cardiovascular exercise “kills” a weight-loss plan is simply a headline grabber.

Any type of diet should have some type of exercise included. I can’t believe people are still doubting the benefits of exercise with all the reports that have been published. Not only does exercise helps you overall health, but it makes you look and feel great.

Cardio training may have been over-rated for the last couple of years, but this doesn’t mean we can’t do cardio. It means we need to start focusing on the benefits of strength training and body weight exercises.
