ChickenHere are 5 foods that you should avoid in your diet. These foods are very bad for your health and have excessive amounts of calories, sugar and fat. Trust me, you don’t want this in your body. I’m pretty sure there are more terrible foods that i haven’t listed, but i will write another article on bad food choices once i have done more research.

2 McDonald’s Chicken Premium Breast Strips (1,650 mg of sodium)
3 Chipotle Chicken Burrito (1,200 calories and 20 grams of sat fat)
4 Dove Ice Cream (300 calories and 13 grams of saturated fat)
5 Fields Milk Chocolate and Walnuts cookies (400 calories and as much saturated fat as a 13 ounce sirloin steak)
