Weight Loss and weight gain is all about the simple things we do, or don’t do in life. Its extremely difficult not to gain a couple of pounds if you work at a Job were it requires you to stay seated for 8 hours. However, there are easy habits which you can do to improve your overall health.
1) Substitute soda with water. Surgery drinks are bad calories, they have no nutritional value whatsoever, and can really make you gain pounds if you drink them regularly. You can save hundreds of calories just by drinking water instead of soda. Many have told me that by letting go of soda for just a month, they have lost between 8 and 10 pounds.
2) Eat regularly. You should eat 5 or 6 meals threw out the day, so that you can keep your metabolism up and running. Let me clarify that i don’t mean 6 big meals, i mean 6 small ones. At first, it may be very difficult to eat so many small meals a day, but eventually, you are going to get use to it. And before i forget, never skip a meal, its very bad for you and your overall health.
3) Never leave you house without your veggies. Lets just say that there aren’t many healthy eating options in the street, and you should never go more then a few hours without eating. That’s why its important you bring some type of veggies in a Small bag, this can help tremendously in keeping your metabolism in a healthy state and It also brings down the hunger a bit.
