High cholesterol is a big problem in the United States, but we can do something really easy to lower our levels of cholesterol, and that is eating healthier foods. Quiznos Nutrition Information

QuiznosMany of my friends, and I’m sure that some of you would like to know the nutrition information of the foods you eat, but it seems that the popular fast food restaurant Quiznos is not being to friendly on this.

There is a lot of talk on why Quiznos is not providing the necessary nutrition information on there sandwiches. I really don’t think this could effect there company in terms of of sells, so why are they being so picky on this matter.

On there website they provide some info, but not enough. There competitor subway on the other hand provides great nutrition information on all there subs.

I’m aware that most people don’t really care about the nutrition facts, but some do, especially people who are on a diet, or at least take care of there eating habits.

Weight Loss and Loose Skin

This is a pretty popular subject, especially among people who are focusing on loosing a large amount of weight. The question is what to do after you lost all that weight, but then leaves you with excess skin? There is only one solution that i know of, and that is to go threw surgery and cut the hanging skin off.

While everybody gets excited about losing all those pounds and getting fit, the loose skin just might leave you with the low self esteem. It looks very bad, and it doesn’t let you show of your new body. Let me clarify that this only happens to people who are obese, not overweight.
There are plenty of of people who think that they still have to much fat because they see all the skin left over, but they are totally wrong. This is not fat at all, its just the left over skin. When you get fatter, your body starts to stretch the skin to accommodate your bigger belly, so when you lose all the weight quickly, you will get that loose skin you hate.

But as i said before, surgery could fix this easily.

Entreperneur DietThe Entrepreneur Diet is for those who have a very busy life style. The book was written by the founder of Men’s Fitness magazine, Tom Weede.

The book takes a straight headed approach to diet and overall health. It is especially made for those entrepreneurs who have very little time during the day. The book gives some great information on how to balance your life style to get you threw the day, but in a healthy way.
Its very good, but i still feel that it was missing something which is inspiration, and you really need this if you want to be successful on your weight loss goal.

Pros

  • It recommendeds: no meal skipping, healthy Omega 3s, reduce the consumption of sugars, and eat whole grains like bread.
  • There is a great two week diet plan.
  • It’s obvious that the author is an expert on the subject of weight loss.

Cons

  • No inspiration
  • The book is almost an “add-on” to the Entrepreneur Magazine.

Overall the book is good but not great.
