Bathroom Scale. I would say that 80% of the people who try to lose weight use a bathroom scale to track every single pound they lose. Some go as far as to check there weight daily. The issue is that traditional scales are very inaccurate. What is this alternative? Well, its called taking a picture! All you have to do is take a picture of yourself with a digital camera in front of the mirror every week. Make sure to take pictures from every angle so you can see were you are losing the most weight. After 2 months you are going to be mazed on the results from the before and after pics.

And remember, any diet program you choose is going to take at least 25 days to see results, so you need to have patience.

This program in meant for people who want to lose 3 pounds per week in average. The program also consist of you visiting a local Jenny Craig center for consulting and weigh-ins. Its also a good way to stay motivated.

The Jenny Craig diet is good, but i must say that they are a bit expensive. All of the meals must be from Jenny Craig and the food can really add up and leave a a hole in your pocket.

Like many other diet programs, Jenny Craig requires you to sign a contract which cost $199. One thing a have to point out is they like selling you lots of diet products like cooking books, pedometers and other things that are not necessary. So when they tell you about these products just say no.

Lots of my friends say Jenny Craig counseling centers are great, but other say its low quality, so this means that the service they give you may vary depending were you are locating.

Jenny Craig also has a fitness and exercise component which is really great, but its way to expensive. I really don’t think the cost justifies the benefits, but that’s just my opinion. :)

Weight loss 2007 trend. Weight loss has become a huge business threw out the world, especially in the US. As surprising as it may sound, a third of the American population is on some type of a diet.

It has been found that there are now more dieters in the US then any other time in the history. This may sound like great news, but if you look at it in another aspect, this also means there are more obese people then ever before. In my personal opinion, the year 2007 is going to be great in terms of weight loss. I really think people are going to be more interested in there bodies and overall health. People are now understanding that being over weight causes lots of dangerous diseases and overall they are taking it more serious.

A good observation that I’m beginning to see is how fast food restaurants are beginning to include lots of healthy meals in there menu. We all know that Subway begain this trend, but now Burger King, Wendy’s, and many other places are starting to go the same route.
